The overhead shots from news helicopters of the Toronto Raptors parade were stunning, showing what looked like the entire city coming out to pay tribute to the 2018-19 NBA champions who took down the Golden State Warriors in six games.
Up close, there was so much to take in. There was Fake Kawhi Leonard, and the real one’s “Board man gets paid” shirt. There were fantastic signs and Drake, along with Drake’s custom 767 “Air Drake” plane flying over. And of course there was Kyle Lowry trying to get Leonard to re-sign with the franchise by getting fans in on the act.
With all of that in mind, here are the best photos we saw from the parade.
