The 2019 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series is underway, and defending champion Joey Logano holds a small points lead after his first victory of the season at Las Vegas on Sunday. The regular season will stretch until mid-September, with the first playoff race of the year scheduled for September 15th in Las Vegas.
