Fantasy football waiver wire: Should you keep or cut these 6 players ahead of Week 10 in 2023?

You’re waking up on Tuesday reading all that you can about the players that you should be picking up off the waiver wire as you prepare for Week 10 of fantasy football in 2023.

But it’s likely there aren’t as many things written about who you should be dropping to grab those players. That’s what this weekly column — keep ’em or dump ’em! — will hopefully answer for you: Some help in the debate over who you should keep or drop in order to improve your team.

With bye weeks aplenty, you need to go to the waiver wire, so let’s dive in to help you with who to keep or drop.

This is tricky. Gus Edwards is still on top. Keaton Mitchell proved he needs some more carries. Yet Hill ended up with 13 totes of his own last week. Given Hill’s lack of ceiling and this crowded backfield, I’m OK with dropping him.

VERDICT: Drop him

An impressive day for the vet, with 20 carries for 83 yards last week. But Roschon Johnson is still in the mix and Khalil Herbert could be on his way back soon. He’s a keep for now, but he’s close to droppable.

VERDICT: Keep him

He was on a bye, and while his numbers before the break weren’t great, I still think you have to hang on to him and see if he’s more of a thing in the second half of the season.

VERDICT: Keep him

He had a shot to do something with Josh Palmer out. He did not, and I don’t foresee him doing too much that’s roster-worthy this year (he’s good for keeper and dynasty leagues though!).

VERDICT: Drop him

RB Jeff Wilson Jr., Miami Dolphins

He hasn’t done much, he’s on a bye, and De’Von Achane might be coming back after that.

VERDICT: Drop him

WR K.J. Osborn, Minnesota Vikings

Justin Jefferson might be back soon, and even if Joshua Dobbs makes the offense run again, I don’t know if Osborn will make that much of an impact.

VERDICT: Drop him
