Iowa kneeling out the clock against Rutgers gave under bettors a huge break

Sports bettors came out smiling after the Rutgers – Iowa game hit the under on the point total at the last second.

It also helped the widely popular under cash in, as sportsbooks set the total at a historically low 27.5 points ahead of kickoff.

Anyone who bet the under got saved by the kneel, as sportsbooks have to have hoped that Iowa would try to run up the score a bit.

Everyone who bet on this game to hit under 27.5 points has to be grinning wide right now as the public cleaned up on this popular wager.

As for sportsbooks, they might be a bit more generous to give Iowa a higher margin for scoring in the weeks ahead after taking one on the chin here.
