Decades after the first episode of Friends premiered in 1994, the iconic NBC sitcom is still ingrained in popular culture and remains among the most celebrated TV shows. And since Friends started streaming on Netflix in 2015, younger generations are now discovering what fans fell in love with years ago. We’re counting down to the 15th anniversary of the series finale, which aired on May 6, 2004, by celebrating the show’s characters, influence and best sports moments.

Friends is one of the most popular sitcoms in American TV history, so, of course, there are countless trivia quizzes out there to test your knowledge of challenge you to prove you’re a real fan.

But how many times do you click on one all excited about proving your skills (even if it’s just to yourself) only to find out it’s not even close to the hardest quiz out there? It’s sometimes so easy for diehard fans that it’s an insult to even call it hard.

Well, this one is different.

We compiled a list of 35 fair but incredibly challenging Friends trivia questions for what we feel is the right quiz to challenge the most dedicated fans. Although the questions aren’t exclusively about sports, several of the answers can be found in our previous Friends Week stories, particularly our ranking of the 26 all-time greatest Friends sports moments.
