Seven FIFA 22 streamers you must check out

Head over to the FIFA 22 streaming category on Twitch, Facebook or YouTube (RIP Mixer we barely knew you), and you will find no shortage of young individuals showcasing their skills in EA’s globe-spanning football game, many of whom boast enormous five-figure live audiences regularly, especially during peak periods like Team of the Year. Look beyond the biggest creators, though, and who is doing interesting work? Who offers something a little different? We’ve picked out seven diverse voices from the community who are well worth your time, whether you’re a complete newcomer to the FIFA 22 scene or you’ve been pledging that Twitch Prime sub to your faves for years.

Bug's Club

Having inherited his streaming setup from a female relative, Jaedan “Bug” Kersey rose to prominence among FIFA fans as “the streamer with the pink headphones,” and continues to stand out as a welcoming, inclusive voice in what can be a heavily bro-oriented video game subculture. Bugs’ irrepressible energy, knack for showmanship, and high-end FIFA abilities — he regularly finishes the Weekend League without dropping too many games — make for an engaging stream, and his nascent YouTube presence offers on-demand options if you can’t make his regular viewing hours. Standing in front of a massive green screen so he can superimpose himself on content, he boasts that he is the only streamer who will “kiss your packs for luck” during Share Plays. Probably true!

The FUT Accountant

There are no end of FIFA 22 Ultimate Team trading experts in the world these days — where would Patreon be without traders — but if you’re looking for laid-back trading streams with positive vibes as you contemplate the market, Nate aka The FUT Accountant is an excellent option. Whether you’re interested in entry-level trading tips, Icon-flipping, or up-to-the-minute takes on the current behavior of what is often a very volatile economic environment, The FUT Accountant is a helpful guide, always happy to answer questions and share his discoveries. His watchalongs with European football nights, tracking the fluctuations of live cards whose value can soar or tank based on real player performance, are a highlight.

JLingz Lisa

Pro player Lisa Manley is a recent signing for JLingz Esports, the team owned by Manchester United attacker Jesse Lingard, and streams regularly on Twitch as she powers through Weekend League and Division Rivals. You can also find her among the growing ranks of creators posting clips on TikTok, usually after she’s done something disgusting like sombrero-flicking a defender and volleying the ball home from 40 yards. Already an EA Game Changer, she seems on the fast track to becoming a FIFA regular.

Leah Revelle

Showcasing a mixture of high-level gameplay and rewards from FUT Champions and Division Rivals, as well as whichever big SBCs have dropped lately, Real Madrid-supporting Leah’s streams are an engaging mix of packs, gameplay and antics. Having gone from zero to 20k in a year, she is definitely one to watch.

NealGuides

If you want to improve at FIFA 22, then it’s no good just playing the game — it’s important to study the way that it works and practice new techniques. One of the best people to learn from is NealGuides, whose channels are home to a mixture of player reviews, tactical breakdowns, and gameplay guides. Neal’s talent lies not just in understanding the things that make the biggest difference in the fast-evolving FIFA 22 meta, but in being able to break them down into teachable moments that can make anyone a better player. Watching him put it all into practice on his Twitch stream is a good way to relax, too!

Tolando77

If you’ve played any Division Rivals this year, then you know EA Sports has revolutionized the regular competitive mode and turned it into a ferocious skill-based matchmaking system where there are very few easy wins. In this environment, anyone who can grind their way to the Elite Division deserves their moment in the sun, but that goes doubly for Tolando77, who was born with tar syndrome (thrombocytopenia with absent radius), meaning that he has to play FIFA 22 with his feet. That hasn’t stopped him regularly making Gold 2 in past FIFAs, and this year he has already — in his own words — “got Elite with the feet!” Watch his streams and videos and you’ll believe him when he says the impossible can be possible.

TN25

Sometimes you want to watch high-level gameplay, sometimes you want to watch packs, but if you want to do both those things in a chilled-out environment with a true football fan, TN25 is a great person to follow. The UK-based creator often goes through recent football highlights with his Twitch chat, picking over the top results from leagues around the world, before grinding on his Road to Glory and taking care of whatever objectives are in the game at the time. Over on his YouTube channel, he shares the good, the bad and the ugly from his rewards, as well as insights into his custom tactics, and other useful in-game discoveries. He even jumps into Career Mode from time to time for a welcome change of pace.
