Super Bowl odds, NFL Week 16: 49ers, Ravens remain favorites ahead of potential SB preview

I’m not sure how often the best teams in each conference get to play each other this late in a season, but it sure feels like a treat that we’re about to get the Baltimore Ravens versus the San Francisco 49ers in Week 16.

The game will be played on Monday night, and for my money, this is a preview of the Super Bowl. There’s still a lot at stake for each team, too. Both are obviously trying to hold on to first place in their respective conferences, and the Ravens are still trying to lock up the AFC North.

They’re also one and two in best odds to win the Super Bowl, and if the Ravens can pull off the upset on the road, we may see those odds flip. Here’s a look at where the odds are going into the week.

1. San Francisco 49ers (+225)

Another win, another week on top for the best team in football.

2. Baltimore Ravens (+550)

The Eagles fall into a tie with the Dolphins after losing to the Seattle Seahawks on Monday night.

6. Dallas Cowboys (+1000)

Dallas missed on an opportunity to gain ground on the Eagles, losing in a blowout to the Bills.

7. Buffalo Bills (+1200)

Buffalo remains seventh after beating Dallas, but the odds are shorter this week.

8. Detroit Lions (+1800)

Detroit’s odds are back under 20-1 after a bounce-back win over the Denver Broncos.

9. Jacksonville Jaguars (+2800)

Jacksonville’s odds fall a little after losing to the Ravens.

10. Cleveland Browns (+5000)

Cleveland’s odds are actually a lot worse than 40-1 last week, even after a second straight win.
