We’re continuing in the PLAYOFFS (!!!) in the NFL, with the Conferene Round coming up, with two huge games on Sunday. That means it’s time once again for our weekly look at the point spreads in order to help you win some money.
Last week, Charles McDonald went 1-3 (117-123 in regular season, 5-5 in the playoffs), Prince Grimes went 3-1 (44-44 overall in regular season, 8-2 in the playoffs) and Charles Curtis went 4-0 (128-123 in regular season, 8-2 in the playoffs)
We now go to them for comments before they make their picks:
Charles M: Welp, we’ll bounce back this week.
Prince: We’re in championship form. Eyes on the prize.
Charles C: PERFECT last week. Let’s keep it going.
1
Cincinnati Bengals at Kansas City Chiefs (-7.5)

Charles M: Chiefs
I don’t think it’s going to be this close this time around. Good luck to the Bengals with Mahomes coming off one of the greatest performances in the history of the NFL. The Bengals offense should be able to score, but I don’t see anyone stopping Mahomes right now.
Prince: Chiefs
After seeing what Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs offense just did against a very good Bills defense, I think the Bengals are going to have their hands full. They’ll be able to score some points, too, but this is where their offensive line woes finally catch up to them.
Charles C: Chiefs
I really, really want to take the points. Badly. But one number keeps standing out: Nine. As in, the nine sacks Joe Burrow took last week. Couple that with Patrick Mahomes looking unstoppable and I think this one is a win by at least 10 for Kansas City.
2
San Francisco 49ers at Los Angeles Rams (-3.5)

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports
Charles M: Rams
I really do like this 49ers squad, but health is going to be an issue for them. It seems like all of their key players are banged up and I think they’ll struggle to get on the board with all the talent the Rams have collected.
Prince: Rams
I just think, at some point, this game is going to call for Jimmy Garoppolo to do more than he had to do against Green Bay. My guess is he’ll make some good plays but he’ll also have some bad ones that ultimately hold the Niners back.
Charles C: 49ers
We keep counting out Jimmy G. And although he isn’t delivering, the rest of the team is on both sides of the ball. Couple that with the fact that the Niners beat the Rams twice this year and that means it should be close. Rams 27, 49ers 24.
