I don’t think they could get away with this without trading Jaden Ivey. So, nah.

The Pacers are in a midst of an overhaul, so KD wouldn’t even want to play if traded there.

A fun team if KD joined, but no, I don’t see this as a spot.

A pipe dream for a fanbase that was hopeful about him a few years ago. Sadly, I just don’t think KD would want that or that it’d be a good idea for a franchise still figuring out what it should be doing.

They just drafted Keegan Murray and would have to ship him out as part of a package. For KD? It might be worth it. But they wouldn’t be a title contender with him anyway.

Again, we’d have to consider cost: Darius Garland and Jarrett Allen might have to be a part of it. And given what the Cavs showed us last year with Evan Mobley aboard, I’d say they wouldn’t want to make this deal.

Except I don’t know how this would work or what the trade would look like, especially with Jamal Murray coming back and who knows what the deal with Michael Porter Jr. is.

Durant just tried the three-superstar thing with Irving and James Harden. So while this would be so fun on paper, I’m not sure how it works in practice.

A team that feels like it’s on its way to some really awesome things. Do you choose to break that up to pair Durant with Ja Morant? It sure is tempting if it’s possible.

Heck yeah, this would be amazing.

You don’t ask questions about how it’ll work with Joel Embiid. You just pull the trade off and worry about that later.

It’s all right there. The Hawks’ roster is deep as heck and Trae Young and Dejounte Murray could fit really nicely with him.

Remember, they can’t trade Bam Adebayo in a deal for KD. But that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t try.

Would it take Mikal Bridges, Deandre Ayton sign-and-trade and lots of picks? I’m dreaming of Devin Booker playing with him. Wow.
