Fantasy football waiver wire Week 9: Rondale Moore is good again?

Week 8 of the 2022 NFL season is over. And what a week of football it was!

If you play fantasy football, you’re already planning ahead with waivers after a busy week of games.

That’s what we’re here for, a roundup of some of the players you could be targeting ahead of Week 9.

Some of the names below might be taken already, but if not, there are a bunch of dudes who could change your fantasy fortunes this season. Let’s run through them, in no particular order, and we’ve updated it after the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals played on Monday Night Football.

1
WR Rondale Moore, Arizona Cardinals

Are we looking at a WR3 type for the rest of the season? After last week’s one-catch performance, Moore caught 7-of-8 passes for 92 yards and touchdown, plus 12 yards on the ground.

If he can carve out a role behind DeAndre Hopkins and Zach Ertz, he’ll be in your fantasy lineup a lot until Marquise Brown comes back.

2
WR Joshua Palmer, Los Angeles Chargers

With Mike Williams injured, here’s who could fill in at wideout for the Chargers.

3
QB Justin Fields, Chicago Bears

He finished no better than QB23 in his first four weeks.

In his last four games? He’s finish QB13, QB8, QB5, QB5. Yep, that’s trending very much in the right direction.

4
TE Greg Dulcich, Denver Broncos

The tight end position stinks as always, but here’s a guy who has at least 44 yards in his first three games and at least four catches in his last two.

5
TE Evan Engram, Jacksonville Jaguars

At least six targets in each of his last four games and his first touchdown of the season on Sunday. Trending up!

6
WR Kalif Raymond, Detroit Lions

Intriguing. He’s had at least 75 yards in each of his last two games. Worth a pickup if you need a wideout.
