5 wide receivers the Bills can target in the 2024 NFL Draft after trading Stefon Diggs

There’s a really good reason the Buffalo Bills dealt Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans on Wednesday.

No, it’s not just because Diggs has seemed really unhappy with the franchise this offseason. It’s also because his value may not be this high ever again … and the 2024 NFL Draft might be the deepest at the wide receiver as it’s ever been.

The Bills own the No. 28 pick and No. 60 in the second round, and at least one of those picks (or both?) could be spent on receivers to give the Bills’ depleted depth chart beyond Curtis Samuel, Khalil Shakir and tight end Dalton Kincaid a boost.

Here are some names of who could be available around there.

WR Adonai Mitchell, Texas

He’s a big-play guy with some mock drafts (including our mock from Christian D’Andrea) pegging him as a first-rounder.

Is he a WR1 type? Maybe not. But he’s a seriously talented weapon who could fit right into the Bills’ offense.

3
WR Brian Thomas, LSU

He may not last until No. 28 … but what if the Bills traded up? Maybe with the 2025 second-rounder they got in the Diggs deal?

WR Xavier Leggette, South Carolina

Definitely some buzz about him, too.
