Where Bill Belichick ranks among the NFL's best coaches all time

Obviously, the answer to that headline is that Bill Belichick is the GOAT, absolutely in the pantheon of all-time great sports coaches and probably has a spot on the Mount Rushmore of those to helm franchises.

But we have to dive into the numbers a lot deeper, as we did with the retiring Nick Saban (a longtime Belichick buddy!) now that Belichick is out as head coach with the New England Patriots. Although he may keep coaching — as is his reported desire — it’s still a good time as any to look back at his numbers and see where he ranks.

Let’s dive in:

Super Bowls: First

His six titles are the most all time, with Steelers legend Chuck Noll second with four.

Regular-season wins: Third
