We all probably should’ve seen this coming. Things have been building in this direction for a while now.
Stefon Diggs has seemed unhappy in Buffalo for the past couple of seasons. He’s been throwing hints here and there that he might not be long for the team anymore. He’s been sprinkling cryptic tweets everywhere for a while. His brother has been vocal about getting Stefon out of Buffalo, too. It’s seemed likely for a while now that Diggs wouldn’t be a Bill next season.
But nobody saw this move coming.
Buffalo traded their star wide receiver to the Texans for draft pick compensation in the upcoming 2024 draft and a couple of future first-round picks, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
