Tom Brady is the poster boy for why the NFL combine doesn’t necessarily matter.
You’ll recall that every year, when the league’s annual measure-and-interview parade comes to Indianapolis, Brady’s shirtless photo from way back when resurfaces. Along with it comes video of his slow 40-yard dash, and all Brady has to do is say, “Scoreboard” and point to his seven Super Bowl rings.
But this year, Brady’s found redemption: He posted himself running the 40 again at age 46 … and he bested his 22-year-old self! Impressive!
