After some betting controversy on how long Reba McEntire’s Super Bowl 58 national anthem went, BetMGM has decided to honor bets made on both the over and the under.
The performance went around 95 seconds, but McEntire sang the word “brave” twice in “The Star-Spangled Banner” and that threw off the official clocking time on whether or not the performance was more or less than 90.5 seconds.
Well, BetMGM just decided to reward both sides of the bet, making this the rare occasion where everybody wins no matter what the outcome was.
This was a funky situation, but good on BetMGM for providing a happy ending.
Update – #BetMGM paid out the UNDER 90.5 seconds.
And OVER 90.5.
Everyone wins. 🤑 https://t.co/eVWyehUmlX

You just never know how these bets are going to go, but McEntire’s performance threw the simple over/under betting for a loop.
No matter how you bet on this one if you wagered at BetMGM, you got to call yourself a Super Bowl Sunday winner.
