After the Buffalo Bills’ beatdown of the Miami Dolphins Sunday, their Super Bowl odds predictably gained separation from their division rivals who they entered Week 4 tied with at +900.
However, though Buffalo gained a firm grasp of the AFC’s second-best odds, Miami only slid back to third in the conference, with plenty of season left to make up ground.
The more concerning slide has been the Cincinnati Bengals, who were thoroughly beat by the Tennessee Titans to fall to 1-3 on the season. They once had the third-best odds in the AFC, but are now tied for seventh with the Cleveland Browns, falling from +1100 in Week 1 to +1800 a week ago to +3500 today at BetMGM. And time is not on their side.
