With the NBA world buzzing about the Draymond Green stomp seen ’round the world, there are some players who backed up what he did to Domantas Sabonis in Game 2 of the first-round playoffs on Monday.
Shaquille O’Neal is among them.
Shaq went on Inside the NBA and said he would have “done the same thing,” because he had no option with his ankle grabbed, which is kind of in line with Green’s defense of his own actions. But O’Neal did acknowledge it was a “dirty play.”
Then? They almost reenacted the incident before everyone told Shaq not to given his recent hip procedure:
