Pelicans' Twitter account has the perfect response for Lakers fan who mocked their team chemistry

Since its arrival in 2006, Twitter has become a place for many different types of accounts — informative ones, the clout-chasing kind and those who expert in trolling. And even for a troll who hides behind a profile picture, Twitter clearly has a way of making it known nobody is safe from a good roasting.

Need a reminder? I’ve got one for you.

Here’s the New Orleans Pelicans’ official Twitter account (blue check verified) clapping back at a likely Lakers fan-account which tried to throw a shot at the Pels for their Twitter banner being a group picture of five rostered players posing at an NBA Summer League game.

The exchange:

The Pelicans’ dig at the other account stems from earlier in the Las Vegas Summer League when LeBron James and Russell Westbrook both appeared at the Lakers’ game…

Sitting on other ends of the court…

Never greeting one another.

Big deal? Or no a big deal? You decide for yourself.

It’s clear what the Pelicans’ Twitter account seems to think.
