Season 13 of Apex Legends is live. Unfortunately, anyone who primarily plays Loba is probably isn’t too happy about it right now.
Over on r/ApexLegend‘s Season 13 megathread, many fans claim that Burglar’s Best Friend, Loba’s tactical ability, isn’t working as it should. Specifically, her bracelet’s teleport function doesn’t do anything right now.
“Loba’s tactical is completely broken,” user trier1974 said on Reddit. “Not working at all. The bracelet falls on the ground, the cooldown resets, and that’s it.”
That comment has more upvotes than any other in the thread, even with Newcastle being the apple of everyone’s eye. It’s not the only one either, as tons of Loba mains say the same.
I can also independently confirm that Loba’s tactical is pretty much useless as of 1:30 P.M. PDT // 4:30 P.M. EDT // 8:30 P.M. GMT on May 10, 2022. Her bracelet takes you nowhere on Stormpoint, which makes escaping firefights or gaining any ground an issue.
Similarly, Twitter is full of people saying Burglar’s Best Friend isn’t working at all.

Respawn hasn’t addressed Loba’s tactical woes yet, but likely will soon. Given how solid the enigmatic shopkeeper is in a fight, let’s hope this gets fixed soon.
