NBA world reacts to report that Nets will sign Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, AND DeAndre Jordan

NBA free agency is an hour away, and we’ve already got our first major bombshell.

ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that not only is Kevin Durant heading to the Brooklyn Nets, but he will be joined there by free agents Kyrie Irving and DeAndre Jordan.

All three of them in Brooklyn. Outrageous.

Durant wanted to announce his decision on Instagram at 6 p.m. this evening when free agency officially opens, but as he so often does, Woj beat everyone to the punch.

Wojnarowski added more details regarding the deals, reporting that Durant will sign a four-year, $164 million deal with the Nets, while Irving’s deal will be for four years, $141 million.

Durant will miss all of next season recovering from the torn Achilles he suffered in the NBA Finals this year, but the Nets will be delighted to have him on the team regardless.

Irving’s exit seemingly clears the way for Kemba Walker to join Boston, as was reported earlier this week.

After the announcement, the NBA world, well, they had fun.
