Zion Williamson is an absurd athlete. He’s large, jumps out of the gym and has the strength to overpower college opponents.
He can also throw a football into the next universe.
Last year, a video circulated of Williamson throwing a football what looked to be 70-plus yards. It was impressive, and apparently some beachgoers wanted to see Williamson put this football-throwing prowess on display for all to see.
The presumptive No. 1 pick in the upcoming NBA Draft did not disappoint. He threw that football such a long ways that the only response the dude filming it could muster was “holy (expletive).” (NSFW language)
That guy had a point. Because holy @$!#, Zion.
It wasn’t quite Patrick Mahomes’ 90-yard throw at elevation, but I’m not going to take anything away from that throw. He made it look so easy.
That’s exactly why it would be so intriguing to watch Williamson play football — even if it won’t ever happen.
