Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs were one offsides call away from reaching the Super Bowl in Atlanta. Instead, NFL fans were treated to a dull, 13-3 game between the Patriots and Rams.
Now, Mahomes — being an NFL player and all — watched the Super Bowl on Sunday. Or, at least he tried to.
He handled that game perfectly.
Mahomes’ girlfriend, Brittany, shared a look at the Chiefs quarterback napping on the sofa on Sunday with a very good (and bored) dog.
The Chiefs quarterback threw for 50 touchdowns while leading a record-breaking offense this season. So, yeah, that reaction was extremely understandable … and relatable.
