Maroon 5’s Super Bowl halftime performance was overwhelmingly ripped apart on social media. The show lacked energy, a real connection to Atlanta and was forgettable.
But fans still managed to have plenty of fun with front man Adam Levine’s wardrobe.
Levine wore a shirt that looked straight out of a 70s furniture catalogue. Sure, he eventually took his shirt off completely, but until then, Twitter could not stop pointing out that Levine was indeed wearing a 70s pillowcase as a shirt.
The memes were fantastic.
I don’t know how Levine will ever be able to wear that shirt again. The internet has spoken.
