Meaningless last-second college basketball tip-in results in bad beat for gamblers

Two days after one of the weirdest and worst bad beats in college basketball, we have another one that doesn’t have to do with a coach’s ejection.

Northeastern was up seven points on St. Bonaventure, and the Bonnies brought up the ball with seconds to go even though the contest was absolutely over. After a hoisted three-pointer missed, Jalen Poyser swooped in, grabbed the rebound and put it in at the buzzer.

The line for the game? Northeastern at -6. Oof:
