I’m on the record saying that, while it’s early, the Creed series is shaping up to be even better than the Rocky franchise.
But for as good as the first movie was, for months fans have been waiting for news about when the second film would drop. All we’ve had to go on is a series of subtle Instagram hints from Sly Stallone himself, teasing a reunion-of-sorts between Rocky and Ivan Drago.
It’s unclear how it’ll all pan out. Drago is hovering around 50 in the Rocky world; is that too old to see him fight Creed himself? Or does he have a son who will step into the ring? We’ll have to wait for those answers, but one thing we won’t have to wait for: the release date! November 21st, 2018 according to IMDB, confirmed by Stallone himself on Instagram.
