The Sunday game between the Anaheim Ducks and the Calgary Flames was on “Military Appreciation Night,” so the teams honored those who serve by bringing out a very good bomb-sniffing dog named Corporal Nero to drop the ceremonial first puck. Nero is stationed at Base Camp Pendleton, and he deserves a treat for doing such a good job, yes he does, who’s a good boy!
