According to the tweet, Chandler reeled in a goliath grouper. The goliath grouper can grow to be larger than 8 feet and can weigh over 600 pounds. That is terrifying.
The goliath grouper is a critically endangered species and was a protected species from 1990 to 2006. So, it doesn’t look like Chandler would be in trouble for catching one.
