On March 3rd we catalogued some of the high-profile professional athletes who had endorsed Donald Trump up to that point, but with the Trump train continuing to roll through the Republican Presidential Primary season, more players past and present are starting to jump on, including some notable ones last week:

1. Nick Mangold

“[Trump is] number one at his position and a great person.”

2. Johnny Damon

“I want (Trump) for president. I’m a Trump fan ever since I met him seven or eight years ago. Everything he does, he does first-class – his hotels, his businesses, his golf courses. The issues all the other politicians failed to discuss, (Trump) is bringing us up to speed.”

3.Clay Buchholz

“I always found him to be a good-hearted person.”
