With the NBA conference championships wrapping up last week, we are all set for the NBA finals showdown between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors. This year’s championship series will have no shortage of star power as the best player in the world, LeBron James, takes on this season’s NBA MVP, Stephen Curry.
Regardless of what team comes out on top, we the fans should be treated to some great basketball.
Also, I want to give a big shoutout to the biggest star of the NBA playoffs so far. This person has provided us with the more entertainment than any other star going in the game and will be remembered for their performance months after the season reaches its conclusion. I am obviously talking about Stephen Curry’s 2-year-old daughter, Riley. It has been incredibly entertaining watching little Riley Curry steal her father’s thunder at the postgame press conferences.

As a father myself, I find it very cool to see a fellow professional athlete keep family front and center and ahead of his career. Hopefully we will get to see more of Riley during an exciting NBA finals.
All this talk about hoops has gotten me so pumped – I decided to channel my inner Jordan with my son and his friends!

Hey Steve. This past weekend I went to the movie theatre and saw the new Avengers: Age of Ultron movie. My question is how do I get arms like Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth?
Hey! Looking like Captain America or Thor is not going to be an easy feat, however it is not impossible! Now keep in mind that both Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth are actors and that it is part of their jobs to look as jacked as they do in the Avengers movie. You might not have as much time as they do to dedicate to getting your arms shredded, but with persistence and consistency, you can get arms in superhero shape. The exercises you should be incorporating into your workouts for bigger arms include dumbbell bicep curls, seated triceps presses, barbell curls, lying triceps presses, preacher curls, and cable rope overhead triceps extensions. Now the most important key to getting huge arms is going to be alternating a different combination of these exercises on your arm days. Your muscles are constantly adjusting to your workout routine and it is up to you to keep your muscles on their toes and keep them from knowing what’s coming next. If you follow this advice, you’ll have arms that look like they are straight out of a comic book!

Hello Steve! Did you see that LeBron is going back to the finals!? What are your thoughts?
Well LeBron is obviously an incredible athlete. It is pretty unbelievable to think that LeBron in his first year back in Cleveland has been able to take the Cavaliers to the NBA finals. It is even more impressive when you consider that he has done this with a rookie first year coach in David Blatt, a hobbled Kyrie Irving, and an injured Kevin Love for the majority of the playoffs. With LeBron having reached the finals for five straight years now, it just goes to show how dominant a player he is and also provides a testament to his will to win.
What are your thoughts on high intensity workouts as compared to bodybuilding type workouts?
I personally think that high intensity workouts are one of the best possible workouts anyone can do for him or herself, considering the multiple benefits a high intensity workout can offer! For those of you who don’t know, a high intensity workout is any workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest. The benefits of workouts such as these are that high intensity workouts burn more fat, promote a healthier heart, help lose weight without causing the loss of muscle, and increase metabolism. For all of these reason, I incorporate high intensity training into my own personal workout regiment.
That’s it everyone. I appreciate you guys and all of the questions you guys have been asking. Keep them coming!
