A groundhog (or possibly a gopher) made the questionable decision to run onto the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve during Sunday’s Canadian Grand Prix and played the most dangerous game of chicken with the Williams car of Felipe Massa.

Massa veered off to his right to avoid the animal, which eventually scampered away.
