Like now, when the Australian government officially anointed Fox Sports commentator Eddie McGuire a “boofhead” after he criticized Australian rules football player Adam Goodes for a recent celebration — a “war dance” done as an earnest attempt to honor the country’s aboriginal peoples. McGuire came in for a lot of criticism for those comments, so much so that the New South Wales parliament felt the need to step in.
