After Louisville won the 2013 national title, Rick Pitino followed through with a promise he made to his players: He got a tattoo. The tattoo, which is a Louisville logo with “2013 NCAA Champions” and the team’s record underneath it, might have company. In an interview on Campus Insiders with Seth Davis, Pitino promised: “I’m definitely getting one. Much bigger this time.”
Pitino also told Davis that he’s been confused for Al Pacino on a few occasions. “Just last week in New York City somebody on the street asked me for some money and I gave it to them,” he said. “And they said holy [expletive] there’s Al Pacino.”
Louisville is eighth in this week’s USA TODAY Sports coaches poll.
