On a day when the differences between the United States and Canada will never be more pronounced, a sign in Chicago wants to remind us all there’s one thing everyone can agree on: Justin Bieber is kind of a doofus. That’s why @commandsign wants something else on the line for today’s Olympic hockey semifinal, not just a berth in the gold-medal game.

As far as we can tell, one of this billboard’s main purposes is to create messages that go viral. Still, a good joke is a good joke and a good idea is always worthy of praise, no matter the motive behind it. Forget beer bets, Obama and Harper: The Biebs should have been on the line.
