First come the baby and wedding, next comes the ‘burbs. Newlywed parents Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari are ditching their downtown Chicago condo for a swanky home in the suburbs. (Celebrities…they’re just like us!)

Real estate blog Trulia reports that the Bears quarterback and his wife signed a $10,000 per month lease on the Winnetka, Ill. abode back in January. Yes, they’re renting — and given that Cutler has just one year remaining on his contract with the Bears, it’s likely a smart move.

For their $120,000 annually, the Cutlers get a 8,200 square foot home with five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and three half bathrooms. The home also features a professional-grade kitchen with Carrara marble counters, and sits on a 3/4 acre yard where son Camden (nearing his first birthday) can play. Its Winnetka location is also ideal — the village sits just 15 minutes north of Chicago in the city’s affluent North Shore region.
