It’s been a tense playoff series between the Washington Capitals and Pittsburgh Penguins, with both teams exchanging huge hits and getting in scrums after each whistle.
Sidney Crosby exhibited that frustration in the third period after he got injured by a slash across the hand from Alex Ovechkin.
Crosby unleashed his inner Hulk and and repeatedly smashed his stick as he walked down the tunnel to get checked out.
That’s a pretty extreme reaction for a slash, considering players have suffered head hits, hard checks and managed to keep their composure.
Crosby missed four minutes of playing time but soon appeared back on the bench and the world rejoiced.
The Capitals and Penguins are tied 2-2 going into overtime.
